The Heart of Our Community
At Next Step Wellness Housing, we’ve built more than just a place to stay—we’ve created a supportive cohousing community. Our shared living model is designed to bridge the gap between institutional settings and independent life, offering a warm, non-clinical environment where residents find dignity, structure, and mutual support.
Hospital Discharge
We offer a gentle landing for those transitioning out of medical care who no longer need skilled nursing but aren't ready to live alone.
Veterans Support
Honoring those who served by providing safe, stable housing that understands the unique journey of veterans returning to civilian life.
Reentry Success
For individuals reentering the community, our community offers the structure and accountability needed to reach the next step successfully.
Our Values
A Non-Clinical, Supportive Approach
